Better decisions through better decision-making
SOBI, Swedish Orphan Biovitrum, a biopharmaceutical company focused on rare and debilitating diseases, wanted to strengthen its patient-centric argument. They would be better able to communicate to both doctors and decision-makers about the difference in quality of life that their medicine makes. So that patients could access treatment for their disease.
In close collaboration with their HR director, medical director and commercial director, we built a patient-centric academy in London, where employees from all over Europe attended modules with intensive training in storytelling, objection handling and argumentation.
The course was also an integrated part of the internal medical training, just as we built on internal courses in personality profiles. So the employees experienced a holistic and integrated approach to the strategic competency initiatives.
We then expanded the course to both the US and the Middle East. The course yielded an average evaluation of over 5.2 out of 6 possible across all teams.
