- a financial company that needed to communicate strategy and at the same time improve leadership communication. Together with them, we built a leadership academy for all 600 managers, who were trained in both communication strategy, feedback to employees, follow-up interviews, as well as setting direction, creating meaning and gaining followers. The course received top evaluations from the managers and the organisation has achieved record results ever since.
- an international association of industry players who wanted to offer all its member organisations leadership courses in leadership and communication. We built and deliver the academy with several courses in, for example, leadership, strategic communication, and creating purpose and meaning.
- a medium-sized company that wanted to have a comprehensive development plan for both the leadership team and middle managers, and where we therefore carried out a strategic competency development of leadership communication and leadership tools over a number of years.
