Individual training: subscription to communication sparring
Do you need to continuously strengthen your communication? Do you need additional insights and more input on communication at regular intervals? Would you like to have a permanent advisor who is not entrenched in the organisation, but is independent and can help you with stronger communication with research-based tools? Then a subscription to communication sparring is what you need. Here you get a permanent partner and consultant who, with strong experience from many other sparring sessions, can help you when you need it. Someone who gets to know you over time and who can therefore step in at short notice.

Form and course
Your needs often differ from time to time when you are on our
subscription, so the format can also change depending on what you need.
Overall, we work with the following format:
- you have access to 2 hours of individual sparring or consulting per month
- you choose whether it is by phone, online or physically,
- We are available and will step in at short notice when you need it.
- If you wish, we have regular check-ins where we discuss your communication.
- Once a year, we have an annual review of your communication, where we discuss status and focus points.
A training session could, for example, consist of:
- Crisis. Has something unforeseen happened that creates a crisis that you need to communicate in? We are ready to help when the difficult thing needs to be handled and communicated.
- Key communication. Do you have a particularly important communication? We provide sparring and help
with how it should be angled and communicated. - Challenge. If there is a tough communication problem that needs to be solved, it can be good to know that we are ready to contribute with a communicative nutcracker.
- Interaction. If communication is difficult in the team, leadership, or internal dynamics, let us be the ones who see it all from the outside and can provide guidance on how to handle it.
- Sparring and good advice. It can be really nice to have a professional to turn things around

A subscription is continuous for 3 months at a time and gives you access to advice and tools on how you can work on improving your rhetorical skills.
Preparation
We put a lot of effort into preparation, as it is our experience that the most important criterion for success is that all expectations regarding content, form and pace are aligned both before and during a course. Therefore, it is also important that we know the participants’ everyday lives and work tasks before the course, so that we ensure that we know the participants’ prerequisites and know how we can best give them the benefit of the course.
