BETTER leadership COMMUNICATION
Setting direction, creating meaning, and building support for your plans are core elements of effective leadership communication. When leaders can clearly explain where the organisation is heading, how it will get there, why this approach makes sense, and why the journey is worth taking, employees are more likely to feel committed, take responsibility, and show genuine ownership. The result is stronger engagement—and higher job satisfaction.
We help elevate your managers by equipping them with concrete tools to become the best possible version of themselves and by strengthening leadership synergies across the organisation. This enables managers to act with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency in their communication.
As a result, everyday leadership practice becomes closely connected to overall strategy. Decisions, priorities, and messages are aligned across levels, making it easier for managers to translate strategic goals into meaningful action in daily work.
Among our clients for our courses in leadership are:
- Many large financial, fintech and insurance companies
- Large and medium-sized tech companies
- Universities, PhD schools and research organisations
- International trade and union organisations
In a short time, I have gained a completely new understanding of what it means to involve and activate those around me, thereby creating motivation and ownership in the organisation. I use the new tools I have been given daily, and I have no doubt about the effect.

We guarantee:
- That we deliver a course that provides research-based tools and exercises in them.
- That what you have learnt can be applied in your work from the day after the course.
- That even though it is research-based, the course offers surprisingly few dry textbooks and dusty compendia and quite a lot of laughs and good energy. Fun and interesting should go hand-in-hand with research-based and academically sound.
Among the topics covered in the courses are typically:
- Linking strategy and everyday life in communication,
- To communicate and keep motivation up when there is nothing new to say,
- To create credibility in leadership communication,
- To convey messages where there is resistance in the organization,
- Dealing with resistance and counterarguments,
- To have unified leadership communication in the leadership team,
- Channels for leadership communication and how to use them (presentations, emails, meetings, VLOGs, etc.)
- To make your own personality match company values and culture.
And we are happy to combine it with research-based tools and exercises in presentation techniques, change communication, argumentation, decision making or other topics you want to have woven in.
Form and course
We tailor the format to suit your needs and reality – from a short inspirational presentation to an actual learning process. Courses in leadership communication can be both shorter workshops or week-long programs – depending on the amount of exercises and whether the program includes a link to strategy, purpose, core narrative, etc. We typically recommend two full days, so there is time for discussions,
exercises and to delve deeper into key tools.
All courses end with both individual and joint evaluation as well as a post-learning exercise that increases participants’ ability to remember the new things they have learnt.
Overall, we work with the following format:
- A mix of theory, discussions and exercises – preferably based on the participants’ own reality, so that we build leadership communication along the way that can be used in everyday work.
- Learning is important – and knowing a theory or model is not the same as mastering it. That’s why our tools are research-based and trained with participants so they have applied them in practice.
- We offer extra reading material before, during and after the course, if you wish. So that learning can be optimised and we can get the most out of the lessons together.
Preparation
We put a lot of effort into preparation, as it is our experience that the most important criterion for success is that all expectations regarding content, form and pace are aligned both before and during a course. Therefore, it is also important that we know the participants’ everyday lives and work tasks before the course, so that we ensure that we know the participants’ prerequisites and know how we can best give them the benefit of the course.
Calculator
Use our calculator to estimate the price of our courses. Please note that the price is indicative and is influenced by, among other things, whether a senior or manager consultant is required for the assignment and the amount of prior customisation. Placing an order is not finally binding until we have had a subsequent dialogue about the content and dates for the course.
