Individual Courses

Adjusted to your needs and desires for content, built on research-based tools and based on our experience and insight from hundreds of previous courses. And with the possibility of adjusting the level for both those who have not previously received much training in presentation techniques and those who have been on courses before.

A individual course typically consists of six tailored sessions of two hours each. The programme often begins with a 360‑degree communication analysis, allowing us to identify strengths, areas for development, and potential blind spots.

In most cases, the course is then complemented by coaching credits, providing access to ad‑hoc sparring and support when communication challenges arise in everyday work.

Make an impact in presentations and meetings

We had an accounting specialist who was supposed to convey to the organisation that correct VAT accounting in the internal accounts was important for the overall accounts.

We created a course where we trained the communication and presentation of VAT accounting. As well as objection handling when critical questions arise. The course combined solving a communication challenge with skills development and new learning. And the organisation saved large sums of money because VAT accounting became understandable and done correctly.

Here we focus on both your strengths and your not-so-strong sides and ensure that you can handle meetings and presentations with energy and impact. We often have courses with both managers and specialists who need to be better at communicating their professional material. Both at meetings and in presentations. We build a course with two-hour sessions where we work with specific cases.

Sharpen your arguments and persuasion skills

We had a director who had to present the evaluation report for his unit to his leadership and to external sponsors in order to extend his funding and thus keep the unit running.

We created a course where we worked on mapping and handling stakeholders, structuring arguments, sequencing, creating credibility, and conveying negative messages credibly, but without them overturning your argument.

The important meetings went well, the manager received his funding and praise for achieving good results and made clear where more needed to be done in the coming years – and why further funding was needed. As a result, the importance of the unit for the organisation was made clear, employees were retained and recognition came from leadership.

Here we focus on both your strengths and your not-so-strong sides and ensure that you argue in a factual, credible, ethical and convincing way that makes your recipients want to say yes!
We have specialists, managers, directors and boards of directors on our individual courses in argumentation and convincing.

Better communication of strategic initiatives and changes

An IT director needed to implement a new IT strategy in the organisation. Filled with new initiatives. And it needed to be communicated in a motivating way, where the organisation saw it as new and exciting – not as a possible threat that could lead to a reduction in employees.

We trained keynotes, storytelling, resistance leadership and which refrain to repeat in all communication. And created a communication plan and timelines for the announcements. The strategy was well received and has helped the organisation’s positive development in recent years.

We have many managers on our individual courses who need to communicate new initiatives both internally and externally, or who simply want to strengthen their leadership communication.

Tailored program

A technical manager would like to be better at his leadership communication. To create meaning, direction and support in the team and to tie everyday life and strategy together.

We trained the manager in creating purpose through storytelling, making motivating presentations and speeches, and in conducting good follow-up meetings. This resulted in increased well-being and better financial results, and the manager was promoted shortly after.

Subscription to communication sparring

After an individual course with us, a manager in an international company needed ongoing sparring and advice on critical communication efforts.

Everything from strategic messages, motivating meetings and good presentations on the one hand, to the termination of key employees, severe cutbacks and a turnaround of the entire unit on the other.

We entered into an agreement for ongoing help and sparring on a subscription basis, where we held physical sessions, provided sparring on the phone and in online meetings, and conducted an annual check of leadership communication with the manager and together with HR in the company.

We Tailor

We build our courses to your needs. As a combination of professional and research-based tools, insights into your everyday life and practical training in your own cases and tasks. Often combined with other courses. So you both learn and solve work tasks at the same time.

We collaborate

Competence development requires anchoring. It works better if managers support the new way of working. If HR is ready with retention initiatives. And if employees use each other in self-learning teams. We collaborate and anchor efforts in your organisation.
